Wyler Assurance: Used Vehicles A Step Above
Wyler Assurance is extra coverage with many of the used vehicles available at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet. Bethel drivers will enjoy a 6-month/6,000-mile limited powertrain warranty that covers a variety of potential issues that could crop up on your used vehicle. It may or may not overlap with the original manufacturer's warranty - and only vehicles under 10 years old with less than 100,000 miles on the odometer are eligible. Should you need to address a covered part, all you'll need to pay is a $100 deductible for each covered repair. Coverage begins from the mileage and date listed on the buyer's order at the time of sale.
Which Vehicles Get Wyler Assurance?
Vehicles must go through a multi-point inspection and reconditioning process before receiving Wyler Assurance. As-is vehicles are not eligible, nor are certain makes, models, powertrains, and equipment packages. Commercial use by the prospective owner may also preclude Wyler Assurance.
What Does Wyler Assurance Cover?
Williamsburg drivers will enjoy three main areas of coverage with Wyler Assurance: motor, transmission, and drive axles. Components not mentioned are not covered. Seals and gaskets associated with the parts are covered in conjunction with a covered repair.
Your gasoline or diesel engine's internally lubricated components are all covered, including pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, oil pump, timing chain, gears and/or belt, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, seats and guides, valve push rods and lifters - and all associated seals and gaskets. The turbocharger and block are also covered, when damage is linked to a failure of an internally lubricated part.Internally-lubricated transmission and transfer case components are covered, too. Travel throughout Northern Kentucky, knowing that bands, clutch packs, gears, pumps, shafts, shift forks, shift rails, synchronizers, and solenoids are all covered. Additionally, the torque converter, bell housing, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts, and transmission pan are also covered.
Finally, the drive axle. Like the others, they are covered in the event of failure from an internally lubricated part. Individual components include axle shafts, differential cover, universal joints and yokes, constant velocity and double offset joints, drive shaft center bearings, supports, and propeller shafts.
